This tiny church, the Chapel-By-The-Sea on Captiva Island in Florida, is one of the prettiest churches we saw.

Across the cause-way at the upper end of Sanibel Island lies its sister island, Captiva. Captiva has far less commercial development than Sanibel. Neither island is for the budget conscious.

We spent some time driving around. There was not a whole lot else for a couple of tourists to do there. There are two small, public beaches. We had drinks at the Green Flash, a lovely place with a fine bay side view.

The most memorable place we saw on Captiva was the Chapel-By-The-Sea, a tiny, interdenominational church where a wedding was just concluding.
