"Florida's Wild Things"

A Small but Active Alligator

Everywhere I went in South Florida there were alligators. 

Elsewhere in this country, you see deer and rabbits and wood chucks and prairie dogs as you drive along. In Florida you see alligators where ever you go --  in swamps and lakes, ditches, ponds and sunning themselves along side the road. 

This small alligator spotted something that looked like lunch and decided to investigate. I had an uneasy feeling it was me.
