Currently serving his third term as United States Senator, John F. Kerry is a much decorated Vietnam War veteran (Silver Star, Bronze Star, three Purple Hearts) and has the distinction of running the first PAC-free Senate race in recent history.

Senator Kerry is married to Teresa Heinz. He has two daughters from a previous marriage, Alexandra and Vanessa. Teresa Heinz has three sons, John, Andre, and Christopher. Senator Kerry lives in Boston.
